- Get 7-9 hours of sleep.
- Exercise at least 30 minutes per day.
- Eat real food.
- Meditate / Pray daily – even 5 minutes per day.
- Avoid reliance on sugar, caffeine and other false stimulants.
- Activate your Nrf2.
