You live the right way:

  1. Get 7-9 hours of sleep.
  2. Exercise at least 30 minutes per day.
  3. Eat real food.
  4. Meditate / Pray daily – even 5 minutes per day.
  5. Avoid reliance on sugar, caffeine and other false stimulants.
  6. Activate your Nrf2.
